Very long and sometimes not kind service. We have being waiting for menu or any attention for 25 min. Then 30 min for dishes and they bring our side dish first and in 15 min main course. Food is partly delusions but the fish was very salty. The view is stunning.
After a string of amazing meals in dolomites this was a dissapointment
It’s a long trek, a 30 euro cable car going up, the food is what a hospital serves to patients. My wife puked after the meal. Avoid if you are vegan or vegetarian and save yourself money. The pasta we ordered was with lentils and bean paste. There can’t be a worse combination. The onion dish was even worse
The produce could speak for itself, tasty combinations of ingredients. Execution was lovely, really quick pacing though and missed a few details like missing cutlery and asking about more water, service in general was very friendly though. Overall, I would highly recommend it. Great wine list.
Google didn't allow me to express myself sincerelly and the post wasn't allowed. I had only admiration for this restaurant, but was criticizing the guests, but with good taste.
So, I will just say absolute 5+ for the restaurant effort.
And will reconsider reviewing in future.
Impressive building overlooking the valleys and the mountains. The interior is very modern looking as well and you can see the chef and the cooks work from the open kitchen.
Of course, the views are amazing.
Took 10/15mins to give us the menu but then everything was more than fine

The greatest value of this place is eating with a spectacular view. Service is kind and attentive and atmosphere is a bistro kind of place, more than a stylish food space declared on the website.
Our cheese fondue was a promissing starter (recommended) but the trout and pork belly were both pale and character-less, potatoes undercooked to our surprise. Nevertheless, we would give the Alpinn another chance.
The location, building and view is very nice. Hard to beat. The food is good but room for improvement (from my personal experience).
Steak tartar: meat was from good quality, nice presentation with the bone etc. But I missed some ingredients... Like capers, onion, egg, worchester sauce, pepper and Salt. And I know it's hard to make 1 good steak tartar which suits every Person. Give the ingredients as an option on the plate, or on a small plate as a side. The ones prderinh a steak tartar will know what to do.
Amuse was nice, nothing more nothing less.
Main course too, nice sauce, fish was cooked well. But I missed some vegetables or something. Don't need to be much, just a side to make it a bit less monotone.
Atmosphere was ok, don't expect to have Lunch without noisy Kids around you from time to time. But thats something you can't control as a Restaurant owner...
Service was good too, friendly staff.
